Failure to give way caused an accident this morning at 8.30 in Piazza della Solidarietà in Lanusei .

The driver of the small car was injured in a collision between a Kia and a Fiat Multipla . Rescued by emergency services, the man—a pensioner from Lanusei—was taken to the hospital. His condition is not serious. The driver of the minivan was uninjured.

A team of firefighters and the Carabinieri were on site to carry out surveys.
