A surprise decision in the labor dispute in Bologna pitting entrepreneur (DJ and influencer) Gianluca Vacchi against his former handyman from San Pantaleo, Pietro Oliva . This case, along with the criminal case opened in Tempio, arose from the bitter conflict between Mr. Enjoy and the person who served as the entrepreneur's executive arm for years.

The Bologna Court of Appeal (the civil proceedings are in their second instance) has proposed an early termination of the employment case. The agreement suggested by the judges calls for Pietro Oliva to pay Vacchi approximately €200,000 . The case was filed by Oliva, who is seeking payment from his former employer for unused vacation and leave, as well as entitlements accrued over 15 years of work worldwide. Indeed, until his relationship with Vacchi ended, Pietro Oliva accompanied him everywhere for all activities related to foreign travel and the day-to-day management of the properties. Oliva (on trial in Tempio for alleged shortfalls in the accounts of "Mr. Enjoy") will have to decide whether to accept a proposal that effectively sees him not only as the loser in the case he filed, but also as liable for compensation . The proposed settlement also emerged during the final hearing of the criminal trial held in Tempio for the alleged embezzlement of property against Oliva. Vacchi is assisted by lawyer Gino Bottiglioni, Oliva by lawyers Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano.
