The acquittal of all the disputes was requested by the judge of the court of Tempio, Alessandro Di Giacomo, by the expert who valued the villa, the engineer from Olbia Ermanno Giua (also accused of false appraisal), by the lawyers Giuliano Frau and Tomasina Amadori, all involved, according to the initial accusations of the Rome prosecutor's office, in the alleged controlled auction. The acquittal of the former investigating judge of the Tempio court Elisabetta Carta, accused of revealing official secrets, has also been requested. The prosecutor has asked the Court of Rome (a panel chaired by Sabina Lorenzo) for the conviction of Alessandro Di Giacomo for allegedly forgery in the provision for the assignment of the property.
