A team of firefighters from the Sassari Fire Station intervened inside a house in the center of Ittiri to rescue a kitten.

The incident occurred yesterday evening, August 20th, around 6:00 PM, when a mother cat gave birth to her kittens on a small terrace. One of the kittens fell onto the drainpipe, landing on a curve beneath the floor. Its meowing alerted the homeowner, who dispatched a team to the scene.

Upon their arrival, and thanks to the inspection camera, they were able to locate the animal and proceed to its rescue. The kitten was delivered safe and sound to its owner.
