A 43-year-old from Cagliari received the ban on approaching his former partner as a precautionary measure issued by the Gip of the court of the capital and notified by the carabinieri of the Pirri station.

The man had been denounced as he was held responsible for harassing acts committed against the 44-year-old. He had stalked, insulted and threatened her so much that it caused her to be in a permanent state of anxiety and fear.
