The initiative is the heart of a road safety awareness campaign, enriched by the screening of the documentary film “La vita salta”: where strong and real images tell with touching intensity the stories of those who have lost everything due to an accident, transforming pain into a powerful warning.
"On the road, you don't joke and life is a precious asset" , is the message launched by the men and women of the traffic police, engaged for years in educational activities. With the involvement of young people, the goal is to create awareness of wrong behaviors that can have tragic consequences.
Road safety is also a priority at European level, with the Action Plan aiming to halve the number of victims by 2030 and eliminate them by 2050. But change starts with all of us. During the event, a moment of silence remembered not only the victims, but also the officers who risk their lives every day for everyone's safety.
