They came from all over Sardinia to join the mobilization against the high cost of living and rearmament and the emergency of energy speculation.
The Pratobello 26 Territorial Committees took to the streets in Cagliari . "Municipalities, with urban planning changes that cannot be challenged before the Constitutional Court, can protect their territories from the onslaught of renewable energy."
The energy speculation numbers are well known: 597 connection requests submitted to Terna, the national transmission grid operator, amounting to a power output of 44.5 gigawatts, seven times the quota assigned to Sardinia by the Picchetto Fratin decree, which allocated Italy's objectives for the European Green Deal.
