Four months, in addition to a previous sentence of 4 years and 2 months, for withdrawing money from her clients: this is the new sentence handed down this morning to Roberta Barabino, a former support administrator from Oliena, represented by lawyers Gianluca Sannio and Antonio Secci. According to the prosecution, she made a total of 121 withdrawals for personal expenses from two separate bank accounts—74 in one case and 47 in the other—at the expense of two people she had supported over the years.

For these facts, a four-year prison sentence had been requested, but the preliminary hearing judge of the Nuoro court, Giovanni Angelicchio, ordered a four-month continuous sentence.
