Preventive seizure of public maritime property at Cala del Faro, in the Arzachena area. The order was issued by the investigating judge of the Tempio Pausania Court, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, as part of proceedings for alleged illegal construction and landscape violations in a protected area.

The measure, carried out by the La Maddalena Coast Guard, concerns works carried out in the coastal area by four individuals currently under investigation for various reasons. The seizure involved an extension of approximately 204 cubic meters through the enclosing of verandas with glass, essentially constructed without authorization. The work, on a building with public use restrictions and overlooking state-owned land, had been carried out without a permit.

The surrounding area has also been placed under seizure, where " work was carried out to transform the sandy coastal soil consisting of the creation of a grassy surface and the planting of hedges of non-native species , carried out without the required authorisations and with an impact on the natural beauty of the place".
