A computer for collecting bets without the necessary authorizations was seized by officials of the Excise, Customs and Monopoly Agency (ADM) of Cagliari and Oristano in a bar in Sanluri .

The checks showed how the owner of the business collected the bets of the patrons in the pc, against which he received the relative sums of money.

The crime of intermediation was challenged to the man and the preventive seizure of the equipment and the betting receipts found in the room was ordered.

The intervention is the result of an intelligence and territorial defense activity to protect legal and responsible gaming .
