Umbrellas, sunbeds and outdoor bathing equipment: the "lounge" on the beach of Razza di Juncu , on the coast road to Porto Cervo, was illegal .
Freed by the military of the Golfo Aranci Coast Guard, the large stretch of beach of over 300 square meters had been illegally occupied by a bathing establishment which had unduly appropriated a large piece of free beach compared to the one regularly authorized and under concession.
Once all the bathing equipment was removed and seized, the owner was referred to the competent Judicial Authority for the crime of abusive occupation of maritime state property .
The operation, following a targeted investigation as part of the "Mare Sicuro" campaign, took place last weekend.
