"My wife has difficulty moving and walks with the aid of a walker - says Ignazio Cerniglia, who accompanied her to the appointment in the building in viale Colombo - as soon as we entered the INPS office, the guard informed us that the lift was broken down".

«For my wife – he continues – it is impossible to climb the stairs, they are an insurmountable obstacle for her. I was able to go up to deliver the documentation, then I went back to her. We first waited our turn in the outside courtyard but she soon got tired of that uncomfortable position and had to sit in the car. She was reached by the medical commission who were thus able to see her and ask her some questions ».

The Inps Regional Directorate, asked about what happened, replied with a note assuring that the failure of the lift in the Iglesias office will be resolved shortly .
