Acquitted, yesterday in court in Sassari, of the charges of threats, injuries, arbitrary exercise of one's rights and introduction of herd into other people's land. For an incident in 2016 when, in the locality of Monti di Campu in Valledoria, Mario Suelzu and Nicolò Lepori, according to the indictment, tampered with a hydrant and the fence of the field at the disposal of Sandro Licheri by letting in the cattle. The two then turned to the man and Maurizio Licheri, telling them: "I will pay people to kill you."

A fight broke out between the four which, as the indictment states, saw Sandro thrown to the ground from the car by Lepori, suffering injuries which were later reported with 90 days of treatment. The Licheri in turn threatened the other two with the phrase "If you don't do as we say I will kill you, your wife and your family" then hitting Lepori with kicks and punches judged to be healable in 25 days.

Judge Silvia Masala ordered acquittal for the four because the fact does not exist. The lawyer Graziella Meloni defended the Licheri while the lawyer Tina Lunesu assisted Suelzu and Lepori.
