The bulletin of the Ministry of Health has classified the danger for the effects of heat on health at level 1, that of yellow alert : therefore, pay attention to heat waves , as the Municipality reports in a note.
The alert has been triggered for temperatures expected to range from 24°C to 31°C , with a maximum perceived temperature, in the afternoon hours, that will reach 34°C.
The Ministry's warning system is aimed at preventing the effects of heat waves on the health of the population. With this type of alert, weather conditions can precede a level 2.
Health and social services are in pre-alert phase, concludes the note from the Municipality.
