Health, Sardinian mayors: «Greater efforts are needed». Bartolazzi: «No confidence? Clear conscience»
Anci President Falconi: «The house must be rebuilt from the ground up, not from the roof»Il video di Stefano Fioretti
The mayors ask politicians to make an effort to rebuild healthcare from the ground up. The occasion is the Anci Assembly “Healthcare in Sardinia: what are the prospects?” currently underway at the Regina Margherita hotel in Cagliari, in which the regional health councilor Armando Bartolazzi and the president of the sixth commission Carla Fundoni are also participating.
Bartolazzi who is also the recipient of the motion of no confidence filed in recent days by the opposition: «It is part of political dialectics, I already have objective data in hand to respond point by point. I am at peace with my conscience because I know how I have worked and what I can still do . There are many problems and we are trying to address them to the best of our ability».
"The administrators are those who perceive the first discontents - explained the president of the Anci Daniela Falconi - we ask the regional councillors and councillors to make an effort, not to build the house from the roof, therefore thinking only of the commissioners and general managers, but from the base".
The reorganization of health care is also at the center of the majority summit scheduled for this afternoon with all the councilors of Campo largo members of the sixth commission chaired by Carla Fundoni (Pd). The aim is to make a synthesis of the proposals on the table: that of the Council (effectively rejected by all members of the majority) and that of the Pd. Again the councilor speaks of "a skeleton of a bill passed in the Council but which will need to be amended to strengthen it and incorporate all the requests, including those of the Municipalities and patients. We will try to improve it with everyone's contribution".
