A collision occurred on the Orientale highway, at kilometer 90, in the Cardedu area. Four people traveling in two cars were involved, and the vehicles were reduced to wreckage after the impact.

One of them, a 58-year-old man, was transported in critical condition aboard Areus's Echo Lima 1 to Brotzu Hospital in Cagliari. He suffered thoracic and abdominal trauma. A 48-year-old woman, her 23-year-old daughter, and another injured man were taken by ambulance and two emergency vehicles to the Lanusei emergency room. The accident occurred around 5:00 PM today.

The Lanusei traffic police, the Carabinieri of the Jerzu company and the 118 personnel, the Lanusei firefighters and the aircraft that took off from the Olbia base intervened on site.
