He escapes from the rehabilitation center where he was under house arrest and returns home to his parents. A 25-year-old student, who had been convicted of domestic abuse in 2024, escaped from the facility where he was being held yesterday afternoon.

He was located by the Quartu Carabinieri a few hours after the alarm was raised and taken back to the therapeutic community where he remained under house arrest pending the validation hearing with a fast-track procedure, scheduled for this morning.
