Cagliari DJ and organizer Massimiliano Coviello, known to all as Max, was sentenced to six years and eight months in prison for sexual assault . According to the prosecution, he obtained sexual favors by offering some girls a career in the world of fashion and entertainment.
The sentence was pronounced by the judge of the Court of Cagliari, Luca Melis, at the end of the trial which was held with an abbreviated procedure following the request for referral to trial by the public prosecutor Marco Cocco.
Of the four very young women that the Prosecutor's Office identified as injured parties, only one has filed a civil action with the lawyer Patrizia Orrù.
