A woman of Nigerian nationality , arriving on the island on board a ship from Genoa, subjected to checks after showing obvious signs of nervousness, was found in possession of the wrappers containing drugs , weighing a total of just under one kg and perfectly sealed.

The contents were revealed by the investigations carried out after the seizure of the materials.

The woman , who was then transferred to Bancali where she will remain at the disposal of the judicial authorities, was therefore arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing .
