New arrest for drug dealing by the Guardia di Finanza , during the controls coordinated by the Provincial Command of Sassari, in the ports and airports of the province.

It was carried out on August 23 at the port of Porto Torres , where the soldiers of the Tenenza della Guardia di Finanza, with the help of the dog units, arrested a Spanish citizen, coming from Barcelona, for investigations.

And the nose of Fred, an anti-drug border collie in service at the Porto Torres Tenenza, insistently pointed out the trunk and dashboard of the man's car.

Following the searches, a very sophisticated double bottom was found behind the dashboard with electronic combination opening.

Inside were 120 blocks of about 100 grams each of hashish and a block of over a kilo of cocaine .

In total, 12 kilos of drugs , which were seized. If properly cut, once placed on the illegal market they would have allowed the distribution of over 25,000 doses of hashish and 20,000 doses of cocaine, earning crime over 1.5 million euros .

As for the courier, the man was arrested in the act of crime and transferred to prison, at the disposal of the judicial authority.
