He was hiding over two kilos of cocaine in his car. A 46-year-old man, already known to law enforcement, was arrested by the Carabinieri for possession with intent to sell drugs.

The operation began last night. The Carabinieri stopped the car driven by the 46-year-old on the outskirts of Sanluri. The man appeared so nervous that the Carabinieri decided to search the car.

During the search, officers found two packages containing approximately 2.2 kilograms of drugs and €850 in cash. The Carabinieri decided to extend the search to the 46-year-old's residence in Sanluri , where they found another €16,450 in cash , linked to drug dealing. The drugs, cash, and vehicle were seized.

The 46-year-old was transferred to a cell in Uta Prison. Investigations are ongoing to determine the source of the drugs.
