He had been given a bracelet, prohibiting him from coming within a thousand meters of the victim of his harassment, after being reported for domestic abuse. But a fifty-seven-year-old man from Gonnosfanadiga violated the order and was arrested.

According to the reconstruction of the local Carabinieri through witness statements and surveillance services, the 57-year-old was spotted several times, in his car, lurking in the streets near the woman's workplace.

The Carabinieri report was submitted to the judicial authorities: the judge ordered a tightening of the precautionary measure and the transfer to house arrest was triggered.
