A maniac alert was raised in Cagliari, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele . A group of girls, some minors, reported the incident: "He filmed us with his cell phone up our skirts . We responded by asking him to delete the videos, but he ran away," they said.

The young women then alerted several law enforcement patrols. The police launched an investigation, also reviewing footage from surveillance cameras in the area.
