A man is missing at sea in the Cala di Trana area of Palau, in Gallura.

According to initial reports, he had been out on a dinghy with a friend on holiday in Sardinia: he dived into the water to snorkel and never returned to the surface.

On site, under the coordination of the La Maddalena Coast Guard, the CP870 patrol boat and the firefighters' aquatic garrison, including divers, were present.
