Firefighters responded to a complex fire after midnight involving numerous bales of hay and straw stored inside two warehouses belonging to the same farm in the "Terra Moi" area, near Guspini.

The rapid response team from the Sanluri detachment intervened on site, supported by a water tanker sent from the operations center of the Cagliari provincial command.

Firefighting operations continued throughout the night, until dawn. Once completed, safety measures were initiated in the area, along with structural stability checks and investigations to determine the probable causes of the fire.

Extensive damage to structures has been reported, with one warehouse reportedly completely destroyed, but fortunately no one has been reported injured.
