The theater festival dedicated to the Efisio Vincenzo Melis Award concluded with a well-attended awards ceremony. Over the past few days, Guamaggiore has been enlivened with a rich program of performances and cultural events. Organized by the Guamaggiore Cultural Association with the patronage of the Municipality, the event featured ten performances, six of which were part of a competition featuring theater companies from various backgrounds.

The final evening marked the success of the show "Tutte le donne che sono stata" (All the Women I've Been) by the Atruthe theater company, which won first prize. This result rewards months of work, passion, and dedication, and confirms the value of theater as a tool for cultural integration and growth.

The festival was also created to pay homage to Efisio Vincenzo Melis, the illustrious fellow citizen after whom the award is named. Following the successful first edition, the focus is already on the future, with the hope of continuing an event that has successfully engaged the local community and promoted its theatrical tradition.
