The Cipess (Inter-ministerial Committee for economic planning and sustainable development) has given the green light to the 2021-2025 Mit-Anas program contract, effectively releasing funds for 44 billion euros: 37 will go for new works, 5 for maintenance scheduled, 2 for projects in the approval phase, works in progress and investments in technology. Anas will be able to count on 6 billion more in financing compared to the previous Program Agreement, which will develop new investments amounting to 16.2 billion.
In Sardinia, it is explained, there is "significant funding on the 131, for around 150 million euros, and various interventions on the same artery and on the 126".
«We welcome with satisfaction the Cipess resolution which unlocks approximately 150 million in investments in works under the Mit-Anas Program Contract in our region. Important works for our territory, possible thanks to the work carried out by the MIT, led by Matteo Salvini, and the commitment of our undersecretary Alessandro Morelli", says the coordinator of the League in Sardinia Michele Pais in a note.
