They were building some building structures including a shed and a swimming pool in Gonnesa in an area subject to landscape restrictions, without having any authorization.

The staff of the Forestry Corps seized, on a provision already confirmed by the investigating magistrate, a series of buildings, including the 600 square meter shed for commercial use, some sheds, a swimming pool and other appurtenant rooms, in an advanced construction stage.

The check was triggered a few days ago close to the Statale 126 in an area used as a warehouse for building materials which, in addition to being restricted, is included within the "Costa di Nebida" Site of Community Importance and the Geomining, Historical and Environmental Park of Sardinia.

The construction of the works had not been authorized. "By the owners of the land - explained by the Forestry - violations of the legislation on building and landscape have been contested with the obligation, in the event of a conviction, to restore the state of the places ".
