He's in his fifth year at the Ghilarza Linguistic High School, but alongside his studies, he's determinedly cultivating a passion that's increasingly taking shape: music. It's the music of Mattia Campagnoli , a young indie pop artist from Ghilarza who has just released his new single , "Geometra," available on major digital platforms like Spotify and YouTube.

Despite his young age, Campagnoli has already carved out a clear artistic path. Between February and June 2026, he released three singles addressing social and current issues. Among these, his debut song , "Dazi e guerre," stands out, a musical reflection on contemporary geopolitical dynamics that already highlighted the artist's desire to tackle original and engaging topics.

With "Geometra," Mattia shifts perspective and focuses on everyday reality. "This time, I chose to talk about the daily life of the engineering office and the fake professionals who, in our country, at least seem to dominate those environments," explains the young singer-songwriter.

The new album also represents a musical evolution. The song features a modern sound, built around synthesizers and drum machines, now signature elements of his artistic output. This choice marks a significant step forward from the more amateurish sound of his earlier works, moving closer to the professional productions of contemporary pop.

A particularly significant aspect is that every stage of the production process bears Campagnoli's own signature. The young artist composes and produces his own songs, creating a personal musical project that reflects his sensibility and artistic vision.

"With this new single, I'm opening a new chapter," Campagnoli emphasizes. "Geometra" precedes the release of his first EP, "Giri di parole," scheduled for October 20th. The four-track effort will feature one of its defining moments in the new single.

The EP will share a very specific message: "The need to preserve the uniqueness and strength of spirit that distinguishes each of us," concludes the young musician.

With "Geometra", Mattia Campagnoli confirms his desire to use music not only as a form of expression, but also as a tool for observing reality, continuing an artistic journey that, starting in Ghilarza, is already reaching an increasingly wider audience.
