Four lifeguards were found illegally working at a beach resort in the Sassari area.

The Sassari Territorial Labor Inspectorate has recently been conducting relentless checks on beach resorts.

In recent days, a business was suspended where, out of five lifeguards, four had not received prior notice of their employment. One of them was also a foreigner without a valid work permit.

The factory owner has been ordered to suspend business operations, both for employing illegal workers and for serious violations of health and safety regulations.

The inspectors also found that the risk assessment document had not been drawn up.
