Four cars caught fire during the night in Cagliari. The fire brigade intervened around 4.40 in via Chiesa in Pirri and extinguished the flames, preventing them from reaching homes and other parked vehicles, finally making the surrounding area safe.

Three other cars, the electrical road network and the facade of a house were damaged, but no one was injured.

Investigations have begun to establish the causes of the fire. The carabinieri were present, as far as their authority was concerned.
