Long sequence of accidents in Cagliari, under the light rain that wet the streets at the end of the morning.
The most serious on the State Road 131, at the gates of the city: a driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed violently into the guardrail. An ambulance from 118 intervened on the scene and transferred the injured person to the Policlinico in red code: his conditions are serious due to numerous injuries reported.
There was also an accident on the 554, not far from the Holiday Inn: two vehicles were involved but no serious injuries were reported. The same result was reported for a crash on the 195 Racc. Also in this case, two cars were involved. In both situations, women called the local police to investigate. The repercussions for traffic were severe, with officers working to try to reduce the inconvenience.
Yellow code, instead, for a motorcyclist who ended up on the ground while trying to avoid a pedestrian who was crossing on via Berlino, at the intersection with via Turchia, in the Genneruxi neighborhood: he suffered deep abrasions.
