The sea search for the bodies of Antonio Morlè and Enrico Piras, the two fishermen who died last Wednesday in the sinking of the fishing vessel "Luigino" off the coast of Santa Maria Navarrese, resumed this morning.

Since the early hours of the morning, the Arbatax Coast Guard patrol boat, coordinated by the Cagliari command, has resumed patrolling in search of evidence useful in finding the bodies.

Persistent difficult weather and sea conditions have so far prevented the use of a helicopter or the intervention of divers, who are expected to operate ROVs at the location where the fishing vessel was reported to have sunk. The body of the vessel's captain, Antonio Morlé, may be inside the vessel . In recent days, the Coast Guard recovered the vessel's locator beacon 13 miles from that location. So far, there has been no trace of the two bodies.
