First she would have threatened to break a woman's head, then she would have inflicted wounds on herself by headbutting the gate and blaming another person. These are the crimes, threats, simulation of crime and slander, which emerged yesterday in court in Sassari during the discussion between the prosecutor and the defense for some episodes that allegedly occurred in 2017 in Sorso. When a 60-year-old, insulting the offended party, threw a vase of flowers at a 50-year-old, and then threatened a 60-year-old man with "I'll break your face" and another woman addressing her with the phrase "I'll beat you to death, do the good or you'll pay dearly."

Subsequently, according to the indictment, he simulated a crime "by hitting a gate with his head until he injured his forehead, pinching his arms and shouting at the same time 'help... he's hitting me'." Also with her was a 68-year-old who threatened the 60-year-old by brandishing a wooden stick and then, according to the accusations, slandered two of the offended parties in concert with the accused, claiming that they had hit the woman with the handle of an umbrella.

According to the public prosecutor, the request for the 60-year-old is 2 years and 2 months in prison while for the 68-year-old it is one year and 6 months. The two accused are defended by the lawyer Elisabetta Sotgia who asked for acquittal for her clients because the fact does not exist. Judge Silvia Masala adjourned until October for replies and sentencing.
