The minimum measures for first aid had not been adopted inside the bar. For this reason, the owner of the establishment in the center of Carbonia, a twenty-two year old, was reported by the Carabinieri of the Cagliari labor inspectorate.
According to the investigations, there was a lack of "the medical care package and the organization of an emergency response unit in case of injury, as well as the designation and training of personnel in charge of health emergencies".
Omissions which, "assessed in relation to the size of the business and the presence of customers and workers, led to the sending of a crime report to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari".
A fine of over 1400 euros is also foreseen.
