Firefighters worked hard all night: vehicles caught fire between the 554 and Asse Mediano roads.

Flames erupted during the night in Selargius, amidst the countryside along state road 554 and the central axis.

The fire attacked several cars and a van: passing motorists raised the alarm, and several teams of firefighters from the Cagliari Fire Brigade arrived immediately, supported by water tankers.

The operation continued for several hours. After extinguishing the fire and securing the area, the firefighters began an investigation to determine the probable cause of the fires involving the vehicles. No one was injured in the blaze. The Carabinieri were also on site.
