Traffic has returned to normal on the state highway 131 DCN after the temporary closure ordered this afternoon due to a fire that broke out nearby. The fire broke out for reasons still under investigation in the Oreo area , on the side of state highway 125, between Posada and Siniscola.

To prevent the flames from spreading to the nearby state road 131 DCN, it was decided, as a precaution, to also close the highway towards Olbia at kilometer 100, causing delays and traffic disruptions. The alarm mobilized firefighting teams and emergency vehicles, who responded quickly to contain the fire. According to initial information, the fire affected a limited area of vegetation, extending a few meters along the roadside ditch. The flames were quickly extinguished, including with the help of a helicopter , and after about an hour of closure, traffic on the 131 DCN was fully restored. The situation has returned to normal.
