The Cagliari-based car dealership DR7 has consistently paid the rental fees for the Ferrari and Lamborghini cars that were at the center of a legal case in which the company has no involvement, and is actually the injured party. Thus, the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, which is investigating an alleged misappropriation, has ordered the release of the vehicles at the request of Daniel Monni, the lawyer representing DR7. The Cagliari dealership has been in good standing and therefore should not be penalized for a dispute that does not concern it, but in which it is the victim.
Since yesterday, the Ferrari and Lamborghini have once again been in the dealership's forecourt on Viale Marconi.
"We have chosen to respect the institutions, offering full cooperation during this period. And the judicial authorities have now ordered the return of the first cars in our fleet, the Ferrari and the Lamborghini. We continue to work," DR7 communicated to its customers on social media. And regarding the other three cars sealed in another investigation (with the dealership once again the injured party), positive news is hoped to be received soon.
