Fear in Oristano: he attacks his mother and wounds her with a knife

A family argument almost turned into a tragedy . There was a violent attack in the Torangius neighborhood last night : a 32-year-old man stabbed his mother with a knife.

From an initial reconstruction it seems that an argument arose between mother and son that gradually degenerated. From shouted words they passed to fisticuffs, the 32-year-old was throwing himself against the woman who in every way to escape the sudden fury. In the end she managed to escape into the street to seek help but in the meantime her son reached her and hit her with a knife . The desperate screams attracted the attention of the neighbors who immediately called the police and gave first aid to the woman.

The 118 ambulances arrived in Via Versilia, the health workers immediately assisted the woman and then accompanied her to the San Martino Emergency Room in red code. She suffered several injuries, a serious shock and is currently being constantly monitored by doctors.

The son was also in a state of great agitation, so much so that when the police patrols arrived he even attacked the officers. He kicked the car, screaming and with palpable tension. They were very tense moments, the officers stopped him and entrusted him to the care of the paramedics who tried to calm him down.

In the next few hours the 32-year-old will be questioned by investigators who must reconstruct what happened ; as soon as his physical condition allows it, his mother will also be questioned. Her testimony will also be essential to understand if the family fights were frequent, because in that case the accusation could also change.
