Tragic road accident in the early afternoon today on the road leading to Siligo.

The dynamics need to be clarified. According to initial information, a man died after losing control of the car he was driving on provincial road 128. He was trapped between the sheets of metal.

The Sassari firefighters intervened on site and extracted him from the cockpit. The 118 operators were on site, but the rescue efforts were useless.

The Torralba carabinieri were also present.
