From Perd'e'Sali to Santa Margherita: with the exception of some stretches, Arpas has banned bathing due to exceeding the microbiological parameters of the water sampled. An entire coast under the bathing ban: after the periodic check carried out at sea yesterday, swimming will be prohibited until the parameters return to normal.
The ordinance issued by the mayors of Sarroch and Pula following the results of the analyzes carried out by Arpas prohibited bathing in the stretch of coast of Perd'e'Sali, Santa Margherita, Abamar and Pinus Village: they would not have been anomalies were found, however, in Nora and Guventeddu.
The ordinance also mentions the ban on Cala Verde but, according to currently informal communications, this could be a clerical error.
The presence of the bacteria was found in one of the two samplings in July that Arpas carries out every month from April to September to monitor and guarantee maximum safety for swimmers. In the next few hours, a new sampling will be carried out to understand whether the emergency has passed.
