It happened in Gonnosfanadiga , where the Carabinieri this morning executed a precautionary measure order against a 37-year-old resident in the municipality, which requires the man to immediately leave the family home and the municipal territory of Gonnosfanadiga. The ban also includes approaching within 500 meters of the victim's home and 100 meters of the injured party. An absolute ban on direct or indirect communication with the woman was also issued.

The restrictive measure came after an investigative activity started in recent days by the military, who documented the stalking of the woman, a 41-year-old resident in the same municipality. Last February 6, in fact, the men of the Arma were alerted by a private citizen who reported the presence of the 37-year-old in the victim's home, despite the previous complaints against him.

The man was thus arrested and placed under house arrest in his mother's home, pending the validation hearing. However, the picture that emerged from the investigations brought to light the concrete danger of repetition of the crimes. Hence the decision of the Judicial Authority to order a more incisive measure, aimed at preventing any further contact between the suspect and the victim.
