These are the facts that led to the arrest, on the evening of January 3, of an Italian citizen of Milanese origin for the crimes of resisting and insulting a public official and aggravated damage.
The incident, which occurred during boarding procedures for a flight to Milan, was submitted to the investigating judge for evaluation during a hearing held under a fast-track procedure on Monday, January 5th. At the end of the hearing, the judicial authorities confirmed the arrest without imposing any further measures.
