Elini, another post office attack: bandits flee with 15,000 euros.

A robbery occurred this afternoon at the Elini post office. According to reports, the bandits targeted the Italian Post Office.

This is the second robbery in just 57 days: the previous attempt on September 5th failed. The robbery was successful, and the bandits fled with €15,000 in loot. Carabinieri and police were on site to conduct investigations. The office was placed on lockdown.

Video surveillance footage is currently being reviewed. The bandits have disappeared without a trace.
