A thirty-nine-year-old from Cagliari was arrested in flagrante delicto for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing. On Monday, the Mobile Squad agents searched his home in Pirri and, subsequently, another of his homes: they found approximately 3.7 kilograms of hashish, divided into blocks of 50 and 100 grams, and the material intended for packaging. In addition, 217,000 euros were seized, which were inside a safe, believed to be the presumed proceeds of drug dealing activities .

Investigators had long suspected that the man had drugs ready to be placed on the market and money in his home. Before the intervention of the agents, a stakeout and observation service was carried out.

The thirty-nine-year-old is now in prison in Uta, awaiting the validation trial.
