A large-scale asset seizure operation ordered by the Court of Cagliari as part of an investigation into drug trafficking is underway in several Sardinian provinces.

The Police Headquarters explains that the operation is the result of investigative activities regarding asset prevention measures coordinated by the Central Anti-Crime Service of the Department of Public Security and the Anti-Crime Division of the Cagliari Police Headquarters. The objective is to dismantle the economic empire built with the proceeds of drug trafficking and return to the public the assets stolen by the criminal organization, severely impacting its operational capacity.

The measure, which affects two individuals with significant assets worth over €2 million, including businesses, company shares, real estate, and banking and financial relationships, is aimed at two individuals .
