Four suspects in a drug dealing investigation coordinated by the Oristano Public Prosecutor's Office and conducted by the State Police.
The individuals are residents of the municipalities of Oristano, Ollastra, and Terralba, which investigators explain are at the center of "an intense illicit drug trafficking operation, largely conducted in the municipality of Ollastra and some neighboring municipalities."
Following numerous stakeouts and tailings, investigators seized over 12 kg of marijuana, some of which was hidden in the countryside.
Not only that: numerous drug sales to consumers, some of whom were minors, were discovered and contested.
«The four suspects, three of whom were unemployed, were very shrewd and careful in their dealings, and used various instant messaging platforms to communicate and avoid being intercepted» , the investigators highlight.
In addition to the four warrants, during the entire investigation, which lasted approximately a year, several kilos of marijuana were seized, six arrests were made in flagrante delicto, and a minor was reported at large.
