The severe drought affecting Loceri and the surrounding municipalities today leads to a series of crucial meetings. Egas officials and municipal administrators meet to develop concrete responses to the water crisis, in an urgent attempt to formulate sustainable solutions.

The Municipality of Loceri tackles the water crisis with two key meetings scheduled today in the Council Chamber, aimed at tackling severe water rationing and exploring long-term solutions. Egas leaders met to discuss immediate interventions and future strategies for the management of water resources, a priority given the urgency of the situation.

The second meeting in the afternoon will involve neighboring municipalities, discussing strategies and evaluating joint actions to mitigate the impact of the ongoing drought. «The situation is becoming unsustainable and these discussions are vital to coordinate effective responses – says the mayor of Loceri Gianfranco Lecca – concrete actions are urgently needed and the development of sustainable plans that ensure future water availability».
