Driving a big scooter without a license or insurance: 49 years old in trouble in Cagliari

Driving a Piaggio 125 scooter without a license and without insurance: a 49-year-old from Cagliari was stopped yesterday by the carabinieri in via Bacaredda.
The man, who had already been sanctioned for the same violation on 10 July last, was denounced on the loose for the crime of driving without a license with recidivism.
The vehicle at the following checks was also found to be totally devoid of insurance coverage and for this reason it was subjected to seizure.
