An entrepreneur at the head of a company in Sulcis Iglesiente operating in the mechanical works sector targeted by the Guardia di Finanza.
According to what was ascertained by the Fiamme Gialle of the Iglesias Company, he did not pay the tax withholdings required for four of his employees. The disputes concern the years 2021 and 2022.
«The inspection activity of the Guardia di Finanza soldiers made it possible to ascertain that the entrepreneur has paid the withholding taxes for the purposes
of the IRPEF and the TFR applied on the pay slips, against salaries actually paid to the employees, but he omitted the payment of approximately 20 thousand euros", explain the investigators.
For three of the four workers the damage is double: the withholdings were made and not paid for two consecutive tax years.
The entrepreneur therefore initiated the appropriate complaints to the competent authorities.
